Start with the essentials — add the rest as you grow
You need only a few details to begin. Everything else can be uploaded later as you keep updating your profile.
To start, everyone gives
- Full name of the person listing
- An email address you use
- This person holds the account — even for a company
Listing yourself? Register as Individual
- National ID or passport
- With your ID, you are good to go
- Any certificate you'd like to add is welcome — optional
Listing a business? Register as Company
- Certificate of Incorporation (limited company), or
- Business Name registration certificate, or
- Group certificate of registration
- With one of these, you are good to go
Can come later
- KRA PIN — needed if you charge VAT; update anytime
- CR12 company records
- Vehicle logbooks and category papers when needed
What your officer (Assisted Onboarding) will ask for
- 1Your name and email address.
- 2Individual or company registration.
- 3Your ID — or your business certificate.
- 4Never your password or bank PIN.
