Triplona Marketplace Disclaimer

Triplona is an online marketplace operated by Triplona International Limited (registered in Kenya). We provide a directory that connects travellers with independent providers of stays, hotels, rides, dining, hire, media, experiences, events and travel-agent services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Every booking is a direct contract between the traveller (customer) and the independent provider. Triplona is not a party to that contract, does not own the listed services, and does not act as an agent for either side unless expressly stated in writing.

Cancellation, refund and service-delivery rules are set by each provider on their listing. Any dispute about a booking must first be raised directly with the provider through Triplona's on-platform chat.

Payment for a booked service is settled directly between the customer and the provider using whatever method they agree on (for example cash, mobile money, bank transfer, card or online wallets — the provider decides which options they accept). Triplona does not hold customer funds and does not process payments between customers and providers.

Where required by law (for example by the Kenya Revenue Authority) Triplona collects and remits VAT and any applicable withholding tax on its own subscription fees only. Providers remain solely responsible for the taxes on the services they sell to their customers.

Listings, prices, photos, descriptions, availability, reviews and other content are posted by providers and by other users. Triplona does not independently verify the accuracy or currency of this content and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions.

New listings are placed in moderation and reviewed before going live, but moderation is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of the service being offered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triplona International Limited excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of the platform, your dealings with any provider, or any content posted on the marketplace.

Any questions about a specific listing should be directed to the provider named on that listing via Triplona's on-platform messaging. Trust & safety concerns should be reported through our Trust & safety page or contact form.

This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing formal proceedings.
